With a low additive level and thorough premixing, category 01 may be used as a reference. Test the formulation when viscosity rises.

The JMS standard industrial series processes material continuously through an adjustable stator-rotor working gap. Model selection should be based on the material, target result and operating conditions together, not capacity alone.

What this series is designed to do

  • Wet grinding and refining: process slurries, emulsions, pastes and materials containing a small proportion of soft particles.
  • Shearing, emulsifying and homogenizing: use the stator-rotor working zone to support texture control and process consistency.
  • Adjustable processing: match the working gap, tooth profile, feeding and recirculation plan to the material and target result.

Information needed for a model recommendation

  • Material name, viscosity, solids content, feed size and any fiber or soft particles
  • Required hourly output, daily running time and continuous or batch operation
  • Target fineness or texture, acceptable temperature rise and expected number of passes
  • Voltage, frequency, phase, cleaning requirements, contact-material needs and installation limits

For high-viscosity, high-solids, fibrous or critical applications, a material test and technical confirmation are recommended before the final model and configuration are fixed.
