Material selection reference

First assess viscosity, solids content, fibers and particles, then combine the target fineness and required throughput. Where categories overlap, use the main processing difficulty or the more conservative category.

Beverage - low-viscosity homogenizing

Material: Soy milk, plant-protein drinks and juice bases
Selection basis: Continuous low-viscosity feeding; focus on suspension and target fineness

Beverage - suspension stabilizing

Material: Pulp drinks, milkshakes and drinks with stabilizers
Selection basis: Premix thoroughly; test the formulation as viscosity rises

Starch / grain - pumpable slurry

Material: Rice slurry, corn slurry, starch slurry and grain slurry
Selection basis: Ungelled and pumpable; diamond or compound teeth

Starch - gelatinized high viscosity

Material: Cooked rice paste, gelatinized starch slurry and gel slurry

Suspension-stabilized beverages

With a low additive level and thorough premixing, category 01 may be used as a reference. Test the formulation when viscosity rises.

Gelatinized high-viscosity slurry

Calculate from the highest processing viscosity, temperature and solids content; do not apply a fixed conversion ratio.

Three large-capacity JMS models for industrial process selection

JMS-180, JMS-240 and JMS-300 extend the JMS range for higher-throughput wet grinding, emulsifying, homogenizing and refining. Model selection still depends on the material, feed condition, target texture, temperature rise and required output.
