Information we may receive
Depending on how you contact us, we may receive the information below. Please do not send sensitive personal information that is unrelated to your equipment inquiry.
- Your name, company, email address, phone number or WhatsApp number
- The product or model you are interested in
- Material, required capacity, target result, voltage and other process requirements
- Messages, attachments and other information you choose to provide
- Standard technical logs used to operate and secure the website, such as IP address, browser type, requested page and access time
Why we use the information
We use the information to answer your inquiry, review your material and process requirements, recommend equipment, prepare a quote, communicate about a possible order and provide support related to our business relationship.
We process this information to take steps you request before a possible contract, to manage legitimate business communications and to meet applicable legal or record-keeping obligations. We do not use the inquiry form for automated decision-making or profiling.
How the inquiry form and external services work
When you select Continue to WhatsApp, the website prepares the inquiry text in your browser and opens WhatsApp. The website does not send or store the completed form in a Herenex database before you choose to send the message.
If you send the message through WhatsApp or contact us by email, those service providers process information under their own privacy terms. Herenex operates in China, and WhatsApp or email providers may process information in other countries.
Sharing and protection
We limit access to people who need the information to respond, quote, supply or support your project. We may also use hosting, email and communication providers that support these activities. We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect legal rights and security.
Retention
We keep inquiry correspondence and related business records only for as long as needed to respond, manage a customer or supplier relationship, provide after-sales support, maintain necessary business records or address legal claims. Information is deleted or anonymized when it is no longer reasonably needed, subject to applicable legal requirements.
